    Ryanair passenger numbers rise by 7%

    Ryanair reported a record high of over 22 million passengers in July, up from 20.8 million last year. The airline maintained a load factor of 96% and operated over 120,800 flights. Despite this growth, Ryanair's quarterly profits fell by 34% due to rising jet fuel prices and a decrease in average fares to stimulate demand.
