    A 23-year-old reticulated python named Jodie Foster is believed to be the first snake to receive electrochemotherapy, a treatment typically used for humans. After surgery to remove a malignant tumor from her jaw, the python has shown remarkable recovery, with no signs of cancer returning. Vets at Chester Zoo report she is back to her normal behavior and appetite.
