    High Court rules Limerick housing removal unlawful

    The High Court has ruled that Limerick City and County Council unlawfully removed a Traveller family from the social housing list for a year. The family had surrendered their tenancy after facing threats and vandalism. The court found the council failed to assess the family's concerns adequately and did not meet legal requirements for housing offers.
