    Kerry solicitors have dismissed recent concessions from Justice Minister Jim O’Callaghan regarding a new legal aid payment structure, leading to a suspension of most criminal legal aid services since June 17. The introduction of a flat fee of €520 has resulted in many court cases being postponed until Christmas, particularly affecting rural areas.
