    Aalim Ahmed, a five-year-old boy, tragically died after falling from a kitchen window in a 15th-floor flat in Plaistow, east London. His parents expressed their devastation and concerns about the window's safety, which they reported to the council. The coroner noted the window was compromised, leading to Aalim's fatal leap, which he believed was an innocent act.
