    Harvard to pay $53m over body parts scandal

    Harvard University has agreed to a $53 million settlement after its former morgue manager, Cedric Lodge, sold body parts donated for research. A Boston court approved the settlement, which aims to support affected families. Lodge was sentenced to eight years in prison for trafficking stolen remains. The settlement includes establishing scholarship funds and improvements to the organ donation program.
