    Anne Donaghy Convicted Over FoI Email Deletion

    Anne Donaghy, former chief executive of Mid and East Antrim Council, has been convicted of two charges related to the deletion of an email to prevent disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act. The email involved security concerns regarding the Northern Ireland Protocol at Larne Port in 2021. She was fined £750 for each count by Judge Alana McSorley.
