    The UK’s Competition and Markets Authority has approved Danone’s acquisition of Huel after a preliminary inquiry. The deal, valued at approximately £860 million, aims to enhance Danone's growth in the nutrition sector and support Huel's international expansion. Founded in 2015, Huel offers nutritionally complete food products and has rapidly expanded its product range and retail presence.
