    Thai PM meets security chiefs after attacks

    Thailand's Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul convened an urgent meeting with security chiefs following 51 coordinated incidents in three southern provinces linked to a Muslim insurgency. The violence, which included small bombs and arson, resulted in three civilian injuries. The Barisan Revolusi Nasional Melayu Patani (BRN) is suspected to be behind the attacks, seeking self-rule for the region.
