    Recent HMRC data reveals a decline of 700 payrolled jobs in Northern Ireland for August, dropping to 819,181 from July's record of 819,830. Despite this decrease, the total remains 6,765 higher than last year. Redundancies increased, with 130 jobs cut and 290 proposed. Median monthly pay rose by 0.6% to £2,509, outpacing UK inflation.
