    Russia has issued an international wanted notice for Telegram founder Pavel Durov, accusing him of complicity in terrorism. Durov, who lives abroad and holds multiple passports, has clashed with Russian authorities over Telegram's role in communication. The FSB stated that Durov has not removed prohibited information from the platform, which they allege has been used for recruitment by Ukrainian security services.
