    In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, police fired tear gas to disperse hundreds protesting constitutional changes that could allow President Felix Tshisekedi to seek a third term. Demonstrations organized by the opposition coalition C64 occurred in Kinshasa and other cities despite restrictions due to an Ebola outbreak. The protests turned violent, leading to clashes with pro-government supporters.
