    OFI seeks tax support for Irish athletes

    The Olympic Federation of Ireland (OFI) has proposed modernized tax measures to aid Irish athletes in achieving elite performance levels. The Athletes' Commission highlights that many athletes earn little income and cannot access existing tax supports. Recommendations include aligning athletes with the Artists Exemption and updating the Sportspersons Relief to include all Olympic sports.
