    Plans have been submitted to transform the Lanyon View office building next to Belfast’s Lanyon Place Train Station into a new aparthotel. The proposal includes 53 short-stay accommodation units, reflecting a trend of repurposing office spaces post-Covid-19. The Tullyhappy Property Unit Trust seeks permission from Belfast City Council for this redevelopment.
