    The Benjamin Franklin, formerly known as Peggy Barclay’s, has reopened in Belfast, marking over 200 years since its original closure. This tavern was a significant meeting place for the United Irishmen in the 1790s. The new establishment aims to honor its historical roots while offering modern amenities, including a unique rum blend named after Peggy Barclay.
