    Government Addresses Housing Infrastructure Delays

    Tánaiste Simon Harris highlighted the Government's efforts to tackle delays in housing infrastructure linked to the Critical Infrastructure Act. The Central Bank noted that home completion times have doubled to four years due to utility connection issues. Revised forecasts predict 39,500 homes will be built this year, falling short of the 50,000 needed annually to meet demand.
