    Fujitsu allowed to bid for Government contracts

    Despite the Horizon IT scandal that wrongfully convicted hundreds of subpostmasters, Fujitsu is permitted to bid for government contracts. The company is on a new supplier list, and is seeking to renew a £61 million contract for HMRC. The government has funded around £1.5 billion in compensation, but Fujitsu has not yet paid directly to affected individuals.
