    Caoimhe Archibald, Northern Ireland's Economy Minister, has criticized the UK Government for not extending the air passenger duty (APD) exemption to new flights from Derry to Dublin. Unlike the Derry to Heathrow route, which is exempt, the Dublin service will incur APD, potentially raising ticket prices and undermining the route's sustainability and regional significance.
