    The High Court has determined that there was a fundamental denial of justice for individuals denied bail without legal representation in the District Court due to a solicitors' dispute. The ruling affects 11 out of 21 cases, with many applicants later granted bail by the High Court. The decision may lead to further legal actions against the State.
