    CCPC Takes Action Against Waterford Businesses

    The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) has enforced actions against two Waterford businesses for consumer law violations. Mr Price received €900 in fines for not displaying unit pricing, while Ciaran O’Flynn Jewellers was issued a compliance notice for failing to show required precious metals information. These actions followed inspections by CCPC officers.
