    Armagh Man Runs 40 Half-Marathons for Mental Health

    Glenn Chapman from Armagh is running a half-marathon every day for 40 days across Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Spain to raise awareness for mental health. He has completed eight runs so far and aims to finish by October 3. Alongside his friend Jason Wilson, they are raising funds for the charity Lighthouse, which supports construction workers' mental health.
