    32% Increase in Wrong-Way Driving in Ireland

    Transport Infrastructure Ireland reports a 32% rise in wrong-way driving incidents on motorways, with 62 cases recorded this year compared to 47 last year. A recent crash on the M9 resulted in five fatalities. The Motorway Operations Control Centre is actively monitoring and responding to these incidents to enhance road safety.
